How long can I use my credits and reports?

Check the expiry shown for your credits and report access.

One-off credits last six calendar months. Subscription credits last for their 30-day billing period. Reports can be accessed for 30 days after generation.

The Credits page shows the expiry for each credit lot. A credit returned after a report collection failure or a no-history outcome retains its original expiry; a return does not extend it.
