A report failed or found no qualifying history

A failed collection and a completed no-history result are different outcomes.

A failed collection means the required report data could not be completed. It does not mean the vehicle has no history. A no-history result means collection completed without qualifying history records for the report.

For these outcomes, the reserved credit is returned once to its original lot and expiry. Check your report status and Credits page. Contact support if the recorded outcome or balance needs review.
