Accounts and workspaces

Use an email address you control and keep one-time codes and staff passkeys private. Invite only authorised teammates, choose suitable permissions and remove access when it is no longer needed. Do not access someone else's private account or try to bypass verification, role restrictions, payment controls or rate limits.

Reports and source material

Use the service lawfully to assess vehicles. Keep relevant dates, limitations and source qualifications with any report you use or share. Do not change a report to misrepresent a vehicle, remove warnings that change its meaning, or present supplied information as a guarantee that we do not provide.

Use the site's available download and sharing controls. They do not grant broader rights to resell provider databases, photographs or other third-party material. Do not use scraping or bulk extraction to evade the purchased service, or use information to harass, deceive or unlawfully identify another person.

Service protection and reporting concerns

Do not disrupt the service, submit malicious content, probe private data or attempt to weaken its security. Report a suspected security or access problem to support@carcheckhq.com with enough detail to investigate, without including unnecessary sensitive data.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse or comply with law. Contact support to query a restriction or correct a mistake. This policy does not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
